Higher Education
Creation and Purpose: The Colville Tribal Education Assistance Program (CTEAP) was created by resolution #1977-358 of the Tribal Council for the purpose of assisting enrolled members of the Colville tribes who wish to pursue further education in institutions of higher learning, business and commercial schools, vocational / technical institutions, and technological schools. The Education Assistance Program is intended to assist students enrolled either on campus or enrolled in extension courses, as well as regionally and/or nationally accredited institutions. Graduate and Senior level students are considered priority funding.
Higher Education
Higher Education is contracted from the Bureau of Indian Affairs with federal monies. Enrolled Colville Tribal members are eligible for supplemental grants in post secondary liberal arts program attending a two or four-year college or university. Must reflect financial need.
